I've been to Aerco twice now and both experiences were great. They had a spare car lined up for me both times which was very important because I travel a great deal for work. The quality of the repair was awesome and made it very easy to go through my insurance company.
Late this summer I had an unfortunate collision with a cement pole in a parking lot, and the entire side of my van was smashed. I was extremely upset that I had done something so stupid and had no idea where to take the van for repair. I called Chilson's for advice, and they recommended Aerco very highly. I called Aerco and they were able to do an estimate the same day I called. They worked with the insurance company and with the adjuster so I didn't have to run around and Aerco worked everything out on my behalf. When I brought the van in to have the work done they even provided me with a loaner car at no charge which I was not expecting, but again it just made a very stressful situation that much easier for me. Aerco employees kept in communication with me as the work progressed and if any communication was needed with the insurance company or the adjuster, they took care of it. When I picked the van up, it looked absolutely perfect!! I was so happy! And they had also completely cleaned the interior of the car! I can't say enough good things for how wonderful Aerco was during this stressful time and I will recommend them to everyone I know who ever needs an auto body repair! Thank you so much for all you did for me!
We were extremely satisfied with the repair work that was done on my vehicle. The team was very professional and we felt the price was more than fair. I would recommend Aerco Collision to my friends and family anytime. Something that I was very pleased with was the fact that my vehicle was nicely detailed on the inside as when I dropped it off I had just taken it out of winter storage and it was put away very dirty. We have a gravel drive and it looked like it when I dropped it off.
