Mistakes happen, but when you depend on glasses as ordered, there can be no errors. Fixing the order does not make it right, only that I'll receive what I paid and what my insurance reimbursed them for.
Very friendly staff from check-in through glasses delivery. Not a huge fan of doctor appointments however everyone made me feel at ease and welcome. They helped me pick out my glasses and my wife loved them! Scheduling was an ease and delivery of the glasses was very quick.
My wife and I along with our two daughters all had eye exams by Dr. Stephanie Meyer. She was thorough and professional and fully explained the different items that showed up, particularly during my exam. We purchased four pair of glasses and a set of contacts there as well and the rest of the staff was just as courteous and professional in ensuring that our glasses were fitted properly. I highly recommend this store. It's a shame that others who complain probably have never worked in customer service and experienced a customer who you can never please. The customer is only always right when they treat the employees helping them with dignity, respect and understanding.
I will never go back there for anything. My wife and I both purchased 2 pair of glasses totaling about $1200. Went back 2 days after picking them up to have them adjusted to fit my face. Very poor customer service. I was the only customer in the store and they were clearly annoyed I was making them work. Go somewhere else and spent your hard earned money.
I had very good service here, both at the time if my initial purchase and when I went back and had a warranty claim.

Ordered Transitions, and my glasses arrived without them. Now I must wait until the replacements arrive requiring another trip.
