Nice pool and hot tub. Room was clean, we stayed 4 nights will in Eau Claire for work. Had to go to the front desk each evening to get more coffee for the coffee maker and when we asked to have the room cleaned they never changed the bedding or cleaned the bathroom. Towels were replenished when we asked. We were told by the front desk that this was their policy to not replenish things for guest unless the guest requests it. The room was quiet and bed was comfortable.
Enjoyed our two night stay. Clean spacious room. Friendly staff. Nice pool, pool area and patio. Great breakfast. Easy access to main roads. The only negative was the fan on the AC couldn't be regulated. It was either blowing like a hurricane or not on at all. Made it difficult to control the temperature, especially as our grandchild was sleeping on the fold out bed directly in line of the air being blown out. The curtains on the window would practically stand straight out when the fan was on.
The employees are friendly and helpful. My major complaint is the design of the lobby/ common area. There are 3 doors surrounding the area, which let in the cold air, negating any desire to stay for the breakfast or social hours.
I was completely blown away with how they went above and beyond for customer service. I was here on a business trip and was totally satisfied. Loved having our own kitchen in the room. It also was handy having the social hour with free food and wine and beer. Would 100% recommend!
I've stayed at many Staybridge hotels and I've never been disappointed! I stayed at this one for 3 weeks and loved every minute. The staff is friendly and helpful and they provided services above and beyond what I expected. They also had a social hour every Mon-Wed where they provided dinner with wine and beer on tap. Laundry was free and only required you to bring detergent and they had an exercise room and a pool area that included a hot tub. The middle courtyard also had grills and a fireplace with lounge chairs for hanging out. Needless to say, I was very happy with my stay and will be looking for Staybridge whenever I go out of town.
